I went to the Long Island Retro Expo and finally got to experience Panzer Dragoon Saga, which I would say is now my top favorite Sega game of all time!

Do you remember this? The character countdown fiasco?
It was the worst marketing gimmick of all time for me, not to mention insulting for anyone who loved those characters.
