Me personally, wouldn’t even be able to think abt being vegan, cause i’m anaemic, i have low energy & low iron stores that i need meat to maintain. Nutrients like vitamin B12, iron, calcium, are a lot harder to consume when you’re only eating plant based foods no matter what the packaging says. (2/3

Hey so, there’s actually a lot of valid reasons someone might give up veganism.. such as: having persistent nutrient deficiencies, health issues that are difficult to manage on a plant-based diet, pretty obvious stuff. (1/2)
