Wow I'd hate to imagine what the replies would be like if it popped off on Xitter... Everybody on here more or less agrees with me so far. Nobody has called me any slurs or insulted my intelligence. Thanks.

Someone said "they don't want us to exist" and I'm like, yeah why is that? Oh it's because their stupid religion told them to. Basically. I know that's not the only reason but it's the main one I always hear. "Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve" crap.

For clarification to new people coming from that post- I've been agnostic for most of my life. I went to preschool in a Christian church but was never forced to go to church. And I'm a lesbian. I'm gay. I posted that because I was pissed off about the Pulse memorial being painted over.
