There is no set quantity for streams, but most likely I will be streaming during the weekends and will probably not do playthroughs, but rather something that can be played on/off without any kind of narrative or progress that would require a whole set of consecutive streams.

This ofc means it will be harder to know when I'll be going live, but I at least try to let you know some hours beforehand whenever I can.

Meaning I have to hit a reset on the whole thing and go about this in a way that is relaxing for me, as streaming isn't supposed to be my main thing. All the projects get scrapped and I go back to playing whatever I feel like playing at the moment and schedules also gotta go.

Wouldn't hold if you got a warning on paper for that. Performance on the job and appropriate workplace behavior are the only true metrics which an employee should fulfill. Your manager would have to prove that chatting alongside work has a negative impact on tasks described in your contract.
