We tried only with Hoechst/DAPI but it should be possible to use it in combination with lysosome/actin probes as well for example !

These probes are compatible STED microscopy in both living and fixed cells. Notably, we showed that the targeting moiety could be washed out while preserving tubulin staining, ensuring minimal disruption of tubulin function.
