Crush some garlic and drop a half stick of butter into the pan first. Give those pierogis some kick by adding sauerkraut to the pan with the onions and a generous amount of black pepper.

I tell all my Euro friends not to go there. Avoid the US in general, and Florida in particular. Go to the original Disneyland in California if you must visit the US. Or just stick to Euro Disney as there is likely to be little difference in the experience.
