Absolutely, It got worse after Thatcher brought in the internal market and has continued ever since, successive governments have purged management and admin and cast them as the bad guys

The public are fed the lie that there is too many managers and admin staff and this is the cause of monetary waste. Thus, the NHS has consistently run on very low numbers of support staff and clinicians waste time doing admin tasks and there is no time for managers to do more than fight fires.

I was a Labour member and one of the things that made me leave and join the Greens was the discrimination towards the trans community. I’m in Wales, next year I’ll have to vote Plaid because it’s either them or Reform.

The Labour Party and the tories are both dead in the gutter. Next election will be progressive politics versus neo nazi populism. We’ll all need to take a side.

Absolutely not, I’m unlikely to be voting labour and unlikely to be able to vote green as we never usually have a green candidate but I will do everything I can to prevent a Reform win.
If we end up with a Reform government it will be bad for all of us but especially so for all minority groups

The biggest threat to all of us is a Reform government, at the next election we will all have to look at who is best placed to keep them and the Tories out.
