Plenty of training when I was doing LQA testing, but then I noticed it's barely mentioned in outsourced translation jobs.
The best I got was from a big LSP that regularly shared all the platform-specific glossaries with its pool of freelancers, but there is often a clear lack of guidance.

Shame on @theguardian.com for publishing science fiction as if it was actual news. You're supposed to be an informative newspaper, not a "dear diary" outlet for sci-fi enthusiasts.

This game looks and feels amazing, in spite of the geographical distance it really reminds me of my childhood in Naples ⚽ I'd love to see such a beautiful love letter to football translated into Italian, the act of kicking a ball it's basically sacred for many of us!

It's the thing I miss most from working in-house (well, maybe after having no financial worries...), it's the best way to grow professionally, even feedback you disagree with it's food for thought. I push to get some feedback loop established ASAP on any new project I get involved in!
