I definitely feel a little surprised with my results. I don't know how true many of these characteristics of mine are, although there are some that are accurate

People who say this style is "boring" are focusing more on throwing hate instead of appreciating the beautiful pixel art of the characters and enemies in these games, which ARE easily distinguishable from one HD-2D game to another

I watched a bit of "VTuber" Zoma's special stream 😂, and the new HD-2D remake looks fabulous, fantastic, incredible 🥹.
It's truly a high-level remake of the game and promises to improve it greatly. I can't wait; it could make DQ2 one of my favorite games, along with the rest that came after it.

Oh good, both The Adventures of Elliot and Octopath Traveler 0 are coming to PS5, the latter even on PS4. If I didn't have a PS5, I'd be very happy not to miss out on Octopath 0.

Octopath Traveler 0 also looks interesting. At first, I thought it would be the mobile game brought to consoles, since they look quite similar graphically, but it turns out it's a completely new game. I'm a fan of these games, so I'm excited. Plus, you can build your own town and everything

The Adventures of Elliot looks very interesting. What's cool is that it will be the first time the HD-2D style will be used in a game with non-turn-based combat. I like that this game returns to an art style more similar to the older HD-2D games rather than mimicking the DQ remakes

The new Bloodstained looks fantastic, I can't wait to play it. The two character system combined with the class system promises a lot. I hope Michiru Yamane will be the main composer again.

I've been playing ZeroRanger for a couple of hours now, and I'm embarrassed that I didn't realize until now that the game can be played by two players simultaneously. Man, if I had known, I would have invited my brother to play from the beginning.

Now that I've cleared out many of my pending games, I want to take advantage of my time to focus on these three and start with the games on the recommendation list. It will be a slow process, but I'll make progress one by one

I've completed both rounds of Super Ghouls n Ghosts. Although I struggled quite a bit with the difficulty, I must say that I also enjoyed it very much. Great game, I officially consider myself a fan of the series.
