I owe Chiesa an apology. I thought we’d sell him last summer. Used to call him “Smiley”. Did a lot of unproductive running around, but this season he’s been sharper than most up front. Glad to see him on for this half. #LFC

The referee should have stopped play for a clear head injury before United’s goal. That’s a serious miss. But it did not directly influence the sequence of play. It should have been defended better #LFC
