Forgot I had this account for a minute. Yesterday, I was here, telling my sister about my novel, trying to work out the kinks. There are many, but I'm in a mood to try fixing them for the time being. Something about being at the lake loosens the grip on my inhibitions, even just a little bit.

In my novel in progress, the characters travel to the Gila National Forest in Southwest New Mexico. It's not a fantasy world, but it's still magical. The Gila is 3.3 million acres and contains the first designated wilderness in the world! It's an incredible place, and I love it. Yay, public lands!

When I was in school, I forgot books every day. The only thing that helped was my planner. Last fall, I started a journal and recently got a third. Is this too many?
I'm also picky about planner layout. The flowers on a black background theme was an accident based on availability, but I like it!
