Under 65 just retired we had to scramble during open enrollment (had to decide by Oct 15) to rejoin CalPERS which is now a bargain at $2337. We fortunately can manage but I can't imagine how others are able to absorb this kind of increase.

I've been warning for years that this was how Republicans would ban birth control - by twisting language and redefining certain types of contraception as 'abortifacients'
