Still here in Vancouver until Wednesday around lunchtime. I think my best communicative slots are between 5am and 11am and 7pm and 9pm (can probably do 5:30pm if I don't have to go far) . If I want to be nice to my brain I should give it a rest between 11:30 and 40:30 (ish) and after 9pm(ish)

This thing has a habit of creeping up on me where my brain usually prefers to be better prepared.
