Pumpion Pie, fresh out of the oven, and based on a recipe from 1670. Contains pumpkin, raisins, currants, parsley, rosemary, thyme, sugar, and sherry, and baked on top of a layer of Granny Smith apples. I have no idea how it's going to taste. #pumpkin #pie #baking #experiment
