We have a problem with the rich hoarding resources they don’t need and the poor barely getting by with what they have. Humans are part of our ecosystem just like any other living thing on earth. Indigenous peoples : 80% of the world’s biodiversity remains in indigenous lands. Indigenous people play a vital role in protecting those lands. 28% including some of the most ecologically intact and bio, diverse forest areas are primarily managed by indigenous people. Families, small holders and local communities. These for us are crucial for carbon gas, emissions, and maintaining biodiversity. We need to stop the very broad humans when we really should say “colonizers” or “capitalists”.
