My family make a crepe called clǎtite. Same batter recipe. After it’s cooked can put cottage cheese with a little sugar, cheese, or jam inside. grandma would lightly sauté fruit so it got a little juice with a sprinkle of sugar and fold it in the pan. Sprinkle a lil powdered sugar on top. Delish.
