Getting a lot of disagreement on this on other channels. People who are angry and don’t want to give an inch. Imo those feelings are totally valid. We can all choose how we approach this. I feel the system encourages us to fight each other rather than the system itself (wealthy & corporations)

In my opinion we have never needed to practice true leadership for ourselves that fosters solidarity that most employers won't provide to us, nor want us to have so they can extract as much as possible from us while not compensating for the increased work being done.

Also factor in a tough job market and most employers are using this to take on more responsibility and further squeeze more work out of employees they know won't speak up for better conditions or wages for fear of losing their jobs.

Include with general anxiety around layoffs: Lack of transparency and authenticity from leaders, no strong company mission or vision, and flat wages/limited career growth while leaders compensation grows exponentially.

This is something that will affect us all, especially when the entire political institution is enforcing the same agenda.

As a reminder, both major US parties cracked down on protests to end the daily inhumanity happening in P@lestine, so in this case, neither truly stands for free speech or the right to protest when it comes to specific speech and protest that they don’t like.

As a country founded on protest and free speech it’s pretty clear to me that we are in dangerous territory around the right to protest and what speech is truly “free” or not.
