Indeed. Yes the arena site has been ‘sold-ish’ but is currently in a holding state, as it’s with a government org for redevelopment plans for that area. Nothing concrete there has been set it stone, and is being touted around for opportunities iirc.

Has to be Castle Leazes/Leazes Park, Town Moore or Arena site. Anywhere else and it’s a no from me. I’d be absolutely distraught with a generic flat pack shite in some godforsaken industrial park ala Wigan/Stoke. Even City’s ground is far out the way. Equivalent of building at Gossy Park.
