Tbf it’s also a little easier to do that if there’s one specific lie you know they’re going to bring up (which you can prepare for), vs making up 20 lies on the fly

Chase, like the bank? I mean I knew corporations were “people”, I didn’t realize they actually became physical entities that could commit SA
November 15, 2025 at 4:20 PM
Not sure what your point is, but all vehicles already have speed limits
November 13, 2025 at 6:41 PM
I’m not against speed limits for e-bikes, but it’s hilarious to me that the reason for doing it is “scary youths are using them for crime stuff!”
November 13, 2025 at 6:39 PM
Crazy how these mfs keep coming into cities and somehow making the COPS look like the good guys
November 13, 2025 at 6:31 PM
I thought we didn’t negotiate with terrorists?
November 12, 2025 at 10:16 PM
And if they’re clowns who can’t be worked with, why are you trusting them to keep their word to hold a vote once you no longer have any leverage?
November 12, 2025 at 10:05 PM
The law that HE BROUGHT UP in his own initial statement on his vote. As if NOW they’re going to start following the law
November 12, 2025 at 10:03 PM
Shit, let Republicans get rid of the filibuster. That’ll make it a lot easier to fix this bs in 4 years

Best team: Seahawks/Rams
SB favorite: Lions/Eagles
November 12, 2025 at 9:43 PM
I agree partly, but there’s some sectors that by their very nature just aren’t going to be competitive (utilities) or only really work well as a monopoly (healthcare), that just need to be government controlled (or at least regulated)
November 12, 2025 at 4:46 PM
Maybe there’s a world where “good cops” could actually exist. We don’t live in it.
November 12, 2025 at 4:32 PM
Nah, let’s just quietly benefit from the corrupt while loudly pointing out how corrupt it is, but we can’t fix it because it’s too late now or something
November 12, 2025 at 4:31 PM
I asked chat gpt what this decision meant for coding agents and it said that coding agents don’t exist, and GEMA is a misspelling of FEMA, but that was a very intriguing question and I’m a very smart boy. And also that I should try drinking drain cleaner.

And if you’re worried about people at poverty level, they aren’t flying much anyway, so air traffic controllers aren’t a concern to them
November 12, 2025 at 4:12 PM
People already knew who was opposed to healthcare. Those that didn’t aren’t going to change their mind anyway. And democrats aren’t the ones choosing not to pay air traffic controllers. It’s a shit situation either way, but don’t pretend like one option is obviously that much better.

Actually I think microwaves are the perfect analogy for AI. It’s a transformative technology that we’ll definitely still be using in 50 years, but we’ll look back on this current era the way people look at old microwave cookbooks and wonder why they tried to force it into everything
November 12, 2025 at 4:05 PM
What if I was already buying only store brands? Do you have a fancy “hack” for me now news people?
November 11, 2025 at 10:16 PM
Don’t healthcare subsidies help the poor as well? Also the courts are currently fighting to force the Republicans to keep funding SNAP, so giving up now might not even be necessary
November 11, 2025 at 5:16 PM
Notice how no one wants to even put their name on it? Both are credited to just “the editorial board”
November 9, 2025 at 3:40 PM
lol I was hoping this was you rating people’s dog walking skills for some reason

Damn, this made me think of the Pillsbury Throwboy, and it turns out he died in 2019

You idiots don’t realize that I’ve made everything better and also the reason it’s worse is because of how stupid you are
October 23, 2025 at 4:14 PM
Nah this is like dining at the French Laundry and when the bill comes trying to pay with 2 quarters cause “that’s what laundry usually costs, right?” That’s the closer to the number of levels of cluelessness here
