This Puerco Pibil is the best it's ever been anywhere. In fact, it's too good. It's so good that when I'm finished, I'll pay my check, walk straight into the kitchen and shoot the cook.

I am a fiction reader. I’ve read 108 books so far this year. This non-fiction book is easily going to be in my Top 3 reads of the year. Absolutely incredible and the exact book I been looking for. This is must read. 10/10 recommend. Thank you @johnfugelsang.bsky.social #booksky
