yes in some circumstances drugs is the only answer and i don’t shame that at all but in my knowledge, (nutrition & dietetics degree) i like to think trying everything before drugs is key

it’s a get enough sunlight thing, it’s using less screen time thing, it’s going to bed and waking up consistently at the same time thing. its controlling your stress levels thing, it’s a meditation and breathing exercises thing. it’s very hard to do but i think it can be done.

i disagree and agree. controlling your weight can be tough in this world today. a weight loss program isn’t an overnight thing, or a week long thing, or a month thing or even a year long thing. it’s a lifestyle thing. it’s not only diet and exercise, it’s also controlling your circadian rhythm thing
