Got into cooking the last month or so. Sat down with my partner and wrote down meals we enjoy and just found common ingredients. It’s made meal planning and cooking so much easier knowing I can just wing it sometimes

Inclines are amazing for fitness and strength in legs! Used to do 60 mins on an inclined treadmill and burn around 1,000 calories!
