Everyone seems to forget that Merrick Garland was not Obama's pick for the SCOTUS. He was Orrin Hatch's pick. Obama just went ahead and picked him after Hatch requested him. Just to watch both Hatch and Moscow Mitch do a 180.

You think that would stop him? He already should have been banned from running again by the Constitution. Section 3 of the 14th Amendment makes it clear that anyone who has anything to do with an insurrection is barred from any position within the government for life. Yet, here we are.

If they are just gong to waste their time, then I'd rather they submit new Articles of Impeachment every day of the week. Congest the Halls of Congress, and make them unable to get anything done. Hell, impeach Elon Musk, too. Make it so that he can't serve in government.

Elon has dirt on Trump. His 4yo kid picked up that line "You're not really President" from somewhere. Probably from his father. Between that and Trump's election night speech, I believe that Musk may have done nefarious deeds to secure the election for Trump. And Elon has the proof.

Newark Police should arrest the CBP agents who are violating people's Constitutional rights. Unlawful detention, kidnapping, I am sure there are all kinds of crimes each and every one of them could be charged with committing under the color of their authority.
