I'm not gonna lie, I'm not feeling this one :(
Partly still not mentally there because of the awful Liverpool FC news (RIP Diogo), but also because I'll never not be bummed out that Tom's best season (The Key to Time) is being left for last... #DoctorWho

I was not expecting Em-Con to have Derek Thompson - aka Charlie from Casualty!! Casualty was something I always loved growing up, and whilst I did find myself falling out of love for it as I got older, my love for Charlie remained constant!

I was not expecting Em-Con to have Derek Thompson - aka Charlie from Casualty!! Casualty was something I always loved growing up, and whilst I did find myself falling out of love for it as I got older, my love for Charlie remained constant!

I'm just going to straight up say it. The #DoctorWho Novelisation of The Giggle has to be read to be believed. This was absolutely tremendous, somehow combining the different feels of a game manual, a psychological thriller and some of the most bizarre fourth wall breaks..

Wild Blue Yonder is a really unsettling story - a mirror to the dangers of AI taking over content creating, with even smaller hints at mental health as well.
Think the book is better; the episode kinda took away some of the claustrophobia I felt from the book #DoctorWho

Still a lot of positives to it; energetic, fun, Doctor 14 is brilliant, feels like a family reunion.
However, the resolution to the Meep's plot is stupid, I'm sorry but it is (people criticise Chibnall resolutions but not this??)

So rewatched The Star Beast.

The novelisation of #doctorwho's The Star Beast is really enjoyable, with a few more added elements not seen in the TV episode that really added to it all; however, I do want to rewatch the 60th anniversary episodes at some point, because there are some bits I do have issue with..
