Heaven to me is a New Orleans restaurant.
Recently finished this up this 50 watt beast, been putting it through its paces and burning it in. No cleans needed here, this amp is pure overdrive.

Interesting lawsuit on library-materials in South Carolina. I would love to read the blog's take on this, especially since Eugene presented that research on library policies a while back.
Full disclosure: I'm a librarian in an adjacent county.

Cat that showed up at the library recently. Went right to the front door asking for pets and rubs. Ear clip shows it had been TNR'd at some point. Staff member took her home to foster her for get her ready for a forever home and she is doing great.

Interesting read on the history of the TurboGrafx-16 with the 35th anniversary of its North American release coming up. I was barely aware of it at the time, and didn't play one until many years later, but it is a fantastic system.

More vinyl stuff. Last fall I completed my personal Infinity Gauntlet and got a legit copy of the only Black Sabbath studio album I did not have on vinyl, 1995's 'Forbidden'. Took a while to find a legit one. Glad to see it was rereleased this year. The remaster is great.

Just once before he leaves office, I want to see President Biden recreate his fabled jump over the Washington Reflecting Pool like he did in 2012. If you're gonna go out, go out with a bang.

Looking at archives at work and came across the earliest mentions of the NES in the local paper, the Spartanburg Herald-Journal. The first from January 1984 teases an US release of the Famicom, the second from July 1986 is the first time it was fully advertised.
