It's not dishonest at all. My rule is that if a player was suspended by the league once there was a testing system in place, he was cheating the system. If he wasn't, I just judge on the field. If you disagree with my method, that's fair, but to call it dishonest is off base.

to be clear ... my rule is and has always been:
- Was the player suspended by the league once a testing system was in place? If yes, he's a no for me. If not, on the field results play.
I also think we need to lower the bar for starting pitchers moving forward.
