I can well believe this. My wife & I are both 50 next year. We’d talked about celebrating by taking the family to the USA for a holiday. Not happening now. We won’t be going there whilst this insanity continues.

Having heard 2 singles from the upcoming Turin Brakes album and 2 tracks which I assume will be on Lana Del Rey’s new album (but who knows) I’m hugely looking forward to both.

Been listening to the Lambrini Girls album ‘Who Let The Dogs Out’ for most of the week. Not usually my sort of music, but I love it. Both musically & lyrically it demands your attention. Looking forward to seeing them at the Leeds Festival in August.

Well, with a few exceptions, I’ve been able to refollow pretty much everyone I did on ‘the site that shall not be named’. Will deactivate that account in the next day or so. Wonder if the bots will miss me?

I donated blood today. My 31st donation. My sister has donated 50+ times. We do it because our Dad did. Unfortunately he had to stop before he got his Gold Badge due to medication he had to start taking. His example has led to another 80 donations (& counting). Set that example too
