Does your coach utilize the whoop data? Runna is pretty useful for a personalized (basic) coaching plan but it would be really useful to combine both recovery and sport in one app.

This are really different categories. A coach will help you achieve your cycling goals, but Whoop is really breaking down how your workout is used in their scores. Makes sense since whoop is strictly a recovery tool but does limit its usefulness imo.
