Well, I’m not Catholic, so the Pope is as important to me as the Monarch of the U.K. is… not very. And I think non-Catholics being upset about the choice of Pope is nonsensical because we didn’t vote for him, he doesn’t impact our lives, and we shouldn’t expect them to be very progressive

If Carney forced a by-election before the general election, Conservatives would have lost it. Now that Carney will call a by-election after the general election was held, they’re okay with it? Carney didn’t do it because it would have cost a lot, but the CPC were never fiscally responsible

Obama wasn’t THAT left-wing. Even though Republicans have shifted more to the right, the Democrats are more or less the same, they’re have been inclined to be for military intervention than most would want, not entirely for universal healthcare, and rather fiscally conservative

The Liberals are to the left of the U.S. Democrats. There are those of the Liberal Party who are genuinely left-leaning and willing to adopt left-leaning policies, unlike the Democrats who are far more cautious, or stupid, to do so

Liberals were never very left-leaning to begin with. Carney is a textbook liberal. He’s more left-leaning than those of the centre, but much more moderate than the NDP

Because Mahomes does get special treatment. If it were Jackson, Allen, or Goff during that hit, there would have been no flag. Hell, Goff got blasted against the Commanders, had to get reviewed for a possible concussion, and yet there was no flag for that hit. Mahomes is a diva and get away with it
