Maybe stop consuming milk from cows that was never meant for you in the first place. Many great alternatives exist like almond and oat milk. Ditch the dairy.

I used to agree with this, absolutely loved them. Then I realized the suffering and death inflicted on animals is a hideous holocaust every day in this country and so I stopped eating them. Others should do the same.
