Don’t say your vote doesn’t matter. The college vote definitely matters. 2 years from now, it could be the difference between flipping another district.

We need our elected officials to be more strategic here and actually get something from this in either a win in legislation or a win in narration to prove that this is worth it because right now we all appear to be coming out of this empty handed.

The GOP has shown time and time again that they will continue to pull the rug out from under Dems and never follow through on “those promises” and they’ll prove that right again in December and no one will blame them.

Dems proved that the government shutdown was unpopular last week and caving gives the Right fire power to say it was always the Dems and that will be the narrative now

Working against the anti-government pary means we will always concede no matter what and it’s tiring being ratf*cked all the time.

You wanna hand out credit? Hand it to the candidates who put their name on the ballot, the campaign staff, the leadership, activists, and volunteers who worked like hell to get it done.

Not surprising for a very Blue precinct here in Herndon but it is lining up with the amount of people who when canvassed said they were voting on election day. Feels like even with record Early Voting turnout, a good number of voters are going back to pre-COVID voting habits.
