Looks great Paul. I tried tying flies a few years back and had a few reasonable attempts -yours look much better than mine. I'm backpacking the high uintas at the end of August and will fish mostly with mosquitoes.

Thanks for the shout out to Allison's paper! As an aside, I teach my students to avoid thinking of results as 'negative or positive'. Instead, I encourage them to strive for reproducible and interpretable results.
