Wild seeing some of my favorite geeky teenage comics in a Humble Bundle. Might buy it just to awkwardly flip through Cyberforce and Witchblade for nostalgia 😅

Super good, and just a lot of fun to watch. My kid and I thought it was an absolute blast. And yeah, some similarities to modern game design in it. A Metroidvania movie of sorts 😁

There's a fine line between choosing to use them and becoming dependent on them ... I'm seeing an entire generation of entry level devs struggling with basic concepts and patterns now because they rely on LLMs.

I've had good luck using Bandcamp. At the bottom of their band pages and album pages are recommendations for similar artists. Their discovery algorithm has been pretty good and steered me towards a lot of music, especially indie bands, I never would have discovered on other sites.

Still regret not getting a cheap Typhon I saw on FB once... "Do I really need another synth..?" Yes. Yes I did. Won't pass that or a Peak up again. Both sound fantastic

Coming back to Magic after 20 years, just want to say this is brilliant!!! The whole game has evolved incredibly. Command Zone's been very helpful navigating the new environment. 😁

You might be able to salvage it by using AnyBurn to copy it to an ISO image. Had to do that last month with DVDRWs of home videos that were dying. The archive of AnyBurn on oldergeeks.com didn't have any spyware or viruses that my AV saw. GL, take care.

Doing the same, 5TB and counting. It's been fun to rediscover all the music and movies I had collected before streaming took over. Plus, no more analysis paralysis trying to pick something to watch, or Ads popping up constantly.
