My old road:
- What will people think?
- I know I'm trying hard enough when I'm exhausted
- I am not enough

My new road:
- Am I doing the work that is mine to do?
- I work hard, I rest
- I was enough the day I was born

Elon Musk says RFE/RL is irrelevant. That's exactly what authoritarian regimes want you to believe. I've seen firsthand how RFE/RL fights for truth—and how its journalists risk everything to do it. Read my take here:

Remember today:

- Sleep is the foundation for all good work (then nutrition and physical exertion)
- Connection with loved ones allows us to respond to stress without the negative consequences
- Letting go of the outcome is the best way to optimize chances of a good outcome

Can we drop the phrase, “ repeating the same thing and expecting a different outcome is the definition of insanity”?

That is not the definition.

Gisèle Pelicot, you are a hero. How you approached this trial, your courage in not being anonymous, has forever changed how we perceive victims and shame.

Words are not enough for the gratitude that we all owe to you.

One year when my team kept leaving dishes in the office sink, I installed a Dropcam in the kitchen to catch the perpetrator.

Because that seemed like a good move for company culture.

Idiot young CEO. 😂😩

“What are you deeply wanting?” is one of the most powerful and caring questions one human can ask another.

Spent the morning helping a CEO with his company’s mission statement.

One hour on one sentence. 🤔❤️

That one sentence will guide tens of thousands of employees in the coming years.

I used to love rushing through items on my to do list.

I have come to love thoughtful, high-leverage work.

The most surprising (to me) homework I gave a CEO in the last week was to “bake something from a recipe.”

Spent this weekend attending a Mankind Project training.

Was deeply inspiring to be surrounded by a hundred men all interested in creating a world where all men learn to lead from their heart instead of their shadow.

Could not have felt more timely.
