Edge of Spider-verse had a guy called Patton Parnel who was functionally "Cronenberg's The Fly but Spider-Man" and it was pretty creepy. There's also a ultra-obscure 2001 film called "Earth vs the Spider" which is essentially "Spider-Man fanboy becomes a spider-man, horror ensues".
