I mostly followed the 2nd edition of "R Packages" by @hadleywickham @jennybryan with a few minor tweaks to account for the differences between GitHub and Bitbucket/Jira

7529 is the minimum ESS for a 2 parameter model recommended by the R package mcmcse, for stable estimation with a relative tolerance of .05

The first 1000 iterations were discarded as burn-in.
