Wait, wait, wait. We sign a treaty with Ukraine to surrender its nuclear weapons, and in return we - the USA 🇺🇸 - will come to their aid if attacked and/or invaded ... and now, while under invasion for a 3rd year, we want to go full Vader and 'alter the deal'?! WTAF, over?!
