The same goes for your work.
Find a group of people.
Figure out what their version of water is.
Then go all in on serving that need.

Find your water.

If you assume your audience thinks like you, you’ll fall behind.

Water is universal, but context changes everything.

Some people pay for it.
Some fight to find it.
Some take it for granted.

Only in America can you turn water into a brand and charge for it.
Wild.

Write a thread for X.
Turn it into a short video or slideshow for video platforms.
Format that same content for other channels.

All that matters is that you start.

Do it for 30 days — and I promise you’ll see results.

One “post” automatically sent to all platforms.
Every day. For the next 30 days.

We’ll revisit this and see how it goes.

For you — think about how you can start your marketing flow.

But don’t go crazy.
Pick 1–2 channels to focus on deeply,
and let AI repurpose your content for the rest.

just using photos and sharing ideas like a slideshow.

That way, it becomes a video I can post across all those visual platforms.

🧩 5 text-focused channels:
X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Medium, Pinterest (with images)

🎥 3 video-focused channels:
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok

platforms I’ve never shared my content on before.

So how do I do that?

There are tools like PostBridge that can help you automate the process,
but you still have to create the content.

Since it’s my own newsletter, I’m keeping it simple —

I recently realized this newsletter needs to be shared across all channels.

Right now, I post to X, LinkedIn, Threads, and Medium.

But with automation, I can post to even more:
TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest.

That gives me 5 new places to go viral and reach more people —

You don’t need investors.
You don’t need a team.
You don’t need permission.

You just need one problem, one product, and one person who says “this helped me.”

Repeat that until it changes your life.

5/ Automate one thing per week

Every hour you save = one more hour to grow.

Start with:

Email responses (Gmail filters, autoresponders)

Onboarding (Notion templates, Zapier flows)

Social posts (scheduling tools)

Automation = scaling without hiring.

4/ talk about it every day

You’re not spamming — you’re storytelling.

People don’t buy the product.
They buy the journey behind it.

Share what you’re learning, what’s breaking, what’s working.
Building in public builds trust + attention — the two things money follows.

3/ Build the smallest version possible

You don’t need a full platform.
You need a working demo that delivers one clear result.

Use no-code tools like Gumroad, Notion, or Typedream

Solve one problem, not ten

Launch ugly — you can polish later

The goal: prove it works, not impress anyone.
October 12, 2025 at 10:58 AM
Collect emails or preorders

If nobody bites, adjust and try again tomorrow.
October 12, 2025 at 10:58 AM
2/ Validate it with real people (not surveys)

Don’t waste weeks asking people if they’d buy.
Ask them to buy — or at least sign up.

Here’s how to validate fast:

Post your idea on X or Reddit

DM 5 people in your target space

Create a simple landing page (Carrd or Typedream)
