Thank you to all of who you that came to The Thomas Wolsey last night for my 40th birthday bash - I was touched that so many of you came out to celebrate with me.

First #parkrun in a new age category this weekend and with CCP off again this morning I took the opportunity to head out to Sizewell for the first time since 2023.

First visit to Beccles Quay #parkrun this morning, Suffolk’s newest event. As with every event I’ve ever been to, there was a very warm welcome for all visitors. It was a slog of a course today, with the uneven terrain and muddy conditions not mixing well with my tired legs. #loveparkrun #parkrunuk
