Oh, me too! Actual skiing is hard and cold, and ideally punctuated by melted cheese, wine and dancing on tables.

I have long thought this. One of the problems is that North Americans (at least in Canada and Montana, where I’ve skied a lot) appear to be be dedicated to actual skiing, and not to using it as an excuse to have an overpriced party in the mountains.
