The two big takeaways so far:
1) The Packers’ receiving corps really is Tucker Kraft and a collection of guys.
2) Jordan Love (maybe rightfully) doesn’t seem to have much confidence, at all, in said guys.

Heck of a series by Eagles LB Nakobe Dean.
Brutal break for the Packers, who were in FG range near the end of the half.

Those are the kind of self-inflicted wounds that have plagued the Packers all season. Dumb penalty with the chance to get off the field.
Ball was probably uncatchable, though. 🤷🏻♂️

Huge takeaway there by the Packers. Xavier McKinney is as good as there is a safety in the sport and Edgerrin Cooper with just an elite punch out.
That kind of turnover is backbreaking. Moving the ball well, deep in Packers territory. Early gut punch by Green Bay.

Barometer game for both teams tonight, in my opinion. Feels like an absolute must-win for the Packers, given the strength of the NFC North and Green Bay’s wild inconsistency over the past month. Not to mention their injuries, so much slimmer margin for error.

According to a Giants team source, Joe Schoen is staying put.
It remains to be seen if he will be given the opportunity to hire Brian Daboll’s replacement at season’s end, but no changes are coming at general manager.

Mike Kafka is going to have a legitimate chance to become the Giants’ head coach beyond this season.
But, if John Mara casts a wide net, these are the top and rising assistants and coaching candidates to watch, in New York, and the openings to come.

When he stepped to the podium Sunday after the game and said “It’s a shame he got hurt,” of Jaxson Dart’s concussion, he looked and sounded like a head coach who already knew his fate.
