Life may feel overwhelming at times but you can help your community in many ways! Picking up trash, volunteering, giving blood, voting in local elections - to name but a few. It all helps (& it can give you a mental boost as well)

Today I discovered that my maternal grandfather played in a jazz band in the 1920’s and ‘30’s while traveling the world with the British Merchant Navy. He was a multi-instrumentalist who played the saxophone, banjo, clarinet and piano. These are trio of the pieces he played:
