I would say improve the amount of time it takes for systems to report back status like app or update installed. Or something like making it easier to manipulate the user registry keys on behalf of the user.

Yes, some dev tools and some LOB. The devs have to configure their own stuff. We try to script everything else if we can. We have one vendor that tells us their software deploys perfectly with SCCM and they don't know why we can't deploy it successfully with Intune. They're full of 💩
