4/6 It was also clear from today’s hearing that Tate’s defence strategy will be to victim-shame, minimise the allegations against him, and delitigimise the evidence and the claimants’ experts from day one.
However, nothing can stop this trial from happening, which is now scheduled for early 2027.

Meanwhile, UK authorities’ inaction resulted in another woman allegedly being raped and assaulted by Tate in California, while he was travelling freely across the USA.
If the UK had made the request, this may not have happened.
