Getting my butt out of the apartment to see what I suspect will be Miyazaki's final film. I've been a long time fan of his work and other Ghibli film makers and it's quite a privilege that I get to see the Boy and The Heron on the big screen.

Back during the pandemic, I was helping my sister start up a T-shirt company and I pumped out several different designs and ideas for her. She later folded the company but I still enjoyed the process. I present to you one of my favorites from that collection.

Last time that I could remember fitting into this shirt, I was 26. About 11 years ago now.
I changed some things in my diet that made a huge difference for me. Yes, exercise helps, but the biggest thing was just not eating sugary crap anymore.
