I'm not going to dig through the whole speakers list because I but I wonder why a conference on eradicating hate has a partner at Jones Day, notorious union busting firm in their keynote

I won't be sharing it bc i put a lot more effort into the research than the writing and i can't even find the final draft and in hindsight dont think my 1to1 case study of 2 papers was a valid research design but... wild to look back at this and think how they're doing it again! much more actively!

im confused why there would be signage about a closing and by the entire article since when you get to the 9th paragraph it says they'll still be open just now 8 hrs/day instead of 12

the tool someone setup that you can subscribe to which adds top donor labels to politicians below their name really helps you remember how their shortcomings come down to priorities not just ineptitude

yeah the nazi salute was just so awkward just like he just awkwardly is meeting with, supporting, and funding fascists and outright nazis across the world - oops what an awkward accident that he repeatedly and constantly is making quite intentionally

my fav minor storyline in Pittsburgh this billboard that's been up like 6 months incorrectly telling people to drive in the exact opposite direction of the dispensary it's advertising. everytime I see it I chuckle and I keep wondering if one day it'll have an update pasted over "oops this way 👉"

🤔I've never before seen a city councilor or any government official advocate for legislation by using public funds and official letterhead to mail people *who are not their constituents*

much like the revival of polaroid cameras in recent years, it's time to bring back giant video cameras that record directly to video tapes and people had to hold on their shoulder
