The media tends to pile on that pressure, and even when he's winning he is worried about screwing up, and that cannot be good mentally. That sounds terrible. I wouldn't talk to a driver the way he talks to himself. I hope he can shift perspective someday because he's great.

I feel like people won't talk about it until it's too late, but the signs are there. If he loses this championship, how hard will he be on himself? He's a good driver and championship caliber, but the years he's raced in F1 have been tough, no fault of his, but he blames himself.
