Import resources to your #Terraform state using resource identity instead of resource ID.

There is now some support for #AWS resources (still not full support).

This features makes the import blocks look much cleaner!

In #Terraform 1.10 the element function now accepts negative indices. Unappreciated update perhaps! What is the element function for, anyway?

One use case is to spread a number of subnets across availability zones, or virtual machines across subnets.
