At time of analysis, we have outcomes for 12 patients. 9 had a pCR, 3 did not (the usual figure is ~50% pCR). We compared the response in our assay to see if that predicted whether the patient had a pCR or not. It worked quite well! 6/

We recruited 34 patients with new TNBC from 5 sites. All patients gave informed consent and had an additional biopsy, sent fresh to our lab. Our workflow looks like this 4/
