Looks like there have been a lot of misunderstandings between Core & Rebble. I hope you make time to have some face to face conversations with them and work this out.

I owned a Pebble in the past and there was never any subscription for it.
Data is stored on the watch and synced to your phone.
Third-party apps may be different, but I don't remember ever requiring a subscription.
